Chalking Guidelines  Chalking must adhere to published university policy and regulations.  Horizontal Surfaces  Must be where rain can wash it away (not under overhangs)  Chalking must include non-offensive language. Chalking must be done with water-soluble and non-permanent chalk.  Anyone in violation of these guidelines will be notified and have 24 hours to remove the chalking.

Display Cases  8 new display cases upstairs (where the line for the cafeteria gathers)  Rotating Monthly for clubs that do not receive a case.  Senate Display Case  ½ of their case will become a calendar for clubs upcoming events.  All Display Cases  We will be reassigning display cases.  Application Process. It may affect your recruiting.
