The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is the provider and owner of all road and rail infrastructure. Our Mission: β€œTo provide an efficient and cost effective land transport system for different needs.”

5 What is Mass Rapid Transit ?
A passenger carrying railway with capacity in excess of 1500 persons per train. Underground and Aboveground. Frequent train services. Short station stopovers. The most efficient means of moving people in an urban environment.
