Outcomes 1 Create a student-to-student peer mentoring scheme and training package to support this and ensure sustainability. 2 Tackle bullying and e-bullying related to these protected characteristics through learner training and staff support. 3 Encourage active participation in Equality and Diversity debate. 4 Through reporting the impact of this project we can influence local Enterprise Partnership, District Council and County Council to consider gender imbalance.
