Inappropriate Nutrition Practices When risk 400 is selected, user must choose at least one inappropriate nutrition practice – INP must match WIC Type – For each INP selected, a text box will be provided to enter documentation – Documentation will print on cert form *Changes to inappropriate nutrition practice definitions will be discussed in detail at July risk criteria training

Goal Text Box All systems will provide a place to document goal Space for 200 characters (some systems will allow for more) Goal will print on certification form Example – Mom will provide three servings of vegetables per day starting tomorrow and decrease time from three to two hours per day.
