15 – Italy refuses to join A-H and Germany, declares neutrality 14 – Germany refuses and invades Belgium, GB declares war on Germany (Aug. 5) 13 – GB demands Germany respect Belgium neutrality (Aug 4) 12 – Germany asks Belgium if it can march through and Belgium seeks support from GB; Germany asks Great Britain to remain neutral (Aug 3) 11 – Germany France declares war! (Aug 3) 10 – Germany declares “war” on Russia (Aug 1) 9 – Germany mobilizes (July 31) 8 – Russia mobilizes and asks France for support (July 30) 7 – This was unacceptable to A-H, declares war on Serbia (July 28) 6 – Serbia accepted 8 out of 10 demands (July 25) 5 – A-H issued Serbia a 10 Pt.
