1. In the event of a fire, a siren and the following evacuation message will be heard:
“ATTENTION! A fire has been detected in your area. Please leave the building immediately by the nearest fire escape route and report to your fire assembly point”.

2. exit signs, to the assembly point in Deans Yard.
During evacuation, all conference delegates must make their way, following the green fire 
exit signs, to the assembly point in Deans Yard.
Once there, you must congregate with your fellow delegates behind the member of staff holding
sign
and your spokesperson will be asked to confirm that your  conference room has been cleared. CO

3. If you have a condition that might restrict
your ability to use stairs in an emergency,
please mention this in confidence to your host.
Arrangements can then be put in hand to ensure your speedy and safe evacuation
should such an emergency occur.
