SHORT AND LONG TERM MAINTENANCE PLANNING MV HANSALAND Bahamas SHORT TERM ENGINE MAINTENANCE PLANNING Items Check if Done 1.Weld additional support bracket for funnel logo in both sides. PLANNED 2.Replace broken LT. Cooling valves in stbd.main engine. PLANNED, SPARES ARRIVED 4. Replace broken LT. Cooling valves in stbd.main engine.Request gate valves spare. PLANNED, SPARE PARTS ARRIVED. 5.Stern ramps Control levers - to fabricate covers - PLANNED 6. Galvanized thin plate corroded at port lifeboat deck emergency escape route leading down to weather deck port side - to be repaired. DONE 7. Galley port watertight door entrance corroded at lower portion - to be repaired - PLANNED 8. Covers for International Shore Connection box, post side stuck up - to be reconditioned. DONE 9. International Shore Connection Nuts & Bolts heavily rusted - to be replaced with new ones, preferably made os stainless steel material. REQUESTED 10.Winch stoppers for Engine room stbd side dampers - to be fixed. PLANNED 11.Hydrant wheel valve on weather deck port side - to be repaired. DONE 12.Exhaust funnel flap for small bow thruster to be fixed. PLANNED 13. Hot water circulating pump for accommodation, temporarily repaired. REQUESTED, AWAITING ORDER. 14. Oil at the small bow thruster room containment - a "fire hazard" - to be removed & cleaned. DONE 15. 16. 17. IN PROGRESS 2.Replace deteriorated foundation plates in aft ramp Port side. IN PROGRESS 3. Damage of plates and insulation of area under accommodation Stbd side(ref. TS visit report in Marseilles - 06.10.2014) PLANNED 4.Port M.E. Exhaust Gas leak - to be repaired. PLANNED 5. Hyd oil for mooring winches, bow thrusters & anchor windlass fo purification. IN PROGRESS 6. Hyd high pressure hoses of Stern ramps with corroded couplings - to be replaced IN PROGRESS 7. Bridge air-con servicing Nav. Equipments & computer system to be serviced in Marseilles at first opportunity. PLANNED 8. Requisition to be made for Stern ramps hyd. Pressure hoses as spares onboard.
