Last Minutes Status Report n There will be close to 3 x 2Mbps Internet links from Indonesia in 1996. n At least 17 Provinces will be linked through Frame Relay (2Mbps) in 1996 (currently only 4 provinces). n At least 2 companies will install a new VSAT backbone for data in early 1996. n There will be 4-5 major players in providing the national data backbone.

Stressful Burden for Networkers n 6-8 Seminars / Workshops / Tutorials per month! n Many request for concultancy work mainly coming from Private and Government Owned Industries. n Request for training from many universities. n The last few weeks is VERY HECTIC for most Indonesian networkers. n Not sure how can we sleep in the next months.
