6 Website Manager Our website allows us to minimize technical issues related to overall website presentation and maintenance by allowing us to focus on the actual contents of our site such as news, events, links, documents and photos. Also, the ability to edit the website is not limited to one person. Access can be granted to many contributing members, making it more current and interesting.

9 Adding Content To add a story to the home page, any member who has been granted editor rights can log in, then type contents into the built-in editor. Pictures are automatically resized and compressed! These options allow you to hide or show an article on the home page, stories archive, and e-Bulletin.

10 Immediate Results Contents appear immediately on the home page and e- Bulletin (if selected). Images uploaded are converted into thumbnails which can be clicked to display in full size Links can be embedded within contents to take visitors to other websites or pages within your site.

16 Member Directory Meeting Responsibilities Our website can keep track of who does what! We can define our roles and assign members. Members automatically get reminded every week via e-Bulletin.

17 Member Directory Friends Adding “friends” to our site is a good way to attract and prospect new members. “Friends” are non- members that can receive your e-Bulletins and event invitations. 18 Message Center Our website simplifies how club members communicate via email—whether it be within their club, to prospective members, club directors or special groups and committees. In addition, email addresses are centralized. This means that if a member changes his/her address, it is reflected everywhere, in all distribution lists, without the need to notify others.

36 Volunteer Management During the event On the day of the event, the event chair can print reports of all the volunteers who signed up. The report can show an alphabetical listing of all volunteers and their contact info, or an overview of the entire schedule.

37 Volunteer Management Communicate with volunteers Before the event, the chair can send a quick reminder to all volunteers. Just type the message and click send. Our website takes care of the rest, including a personalized footer reminding the member of their scheduled tasks! This is a great tool to use after the event to thank the volunteers for all their help!

42 Attendance Manager Make-ups Make-ups are easily taken care of in ClubRunner. You can just select the member’s name, and the meeting that was missed. Optionally, a small description can be added. This will update the club and member’s attendance reports accordingly.
