ESG created 28 Oct10 as a strategic sourcing organization to manage and execute enterprise-wide installation requirements Aligned to Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) Existing Commodity Councils across Air Force realigned under the ESG (phased from 28 Oct 10 to 31 Mar 11) Information Technology, Force Protection, Furnishings, Civil Engineering, Office Supplies, Fitness Equipment, Medical Service, Knowledge Based Services Contracting & small business resources currently supporting Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE), Air Force Civil Engineering Support Agency (AFCESA), Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), and the Air Force Medical Enterprise realigned under the ESG (phased from 28 Oct 10 to 31 Mar 11) Note: AFCEE and AFCESA are combined to be Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) 1 Oct 12

Brooks City-Base Small Business Programs Office realigned to AFCEE October 2009 and became AFCEE/SB AFCEE/SB resources realigned under ESG March 2011 and became ESG/SB SA OL Contracting and small business resources realigned…technical resources did not ESB/SB SA OL supports both contracting and technical October 2009 supported AFCEE only March 2011 added AFCESA, Air Force Medical Enterprise, & Force Protection Commodity Council Gained one position…….able to fill that position in August 2012

ESG/SB SA OL Customers AFCEE Contracting resources realigned under ESG March 2011 and became 772 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) No longer a directorate under AFCEE (now AFCEC) Located at Port San Antonio AFCESA Contracting resources realigned under ESG March 2011 and became 772 ESS OL (772 ESS/PKH) No longer a directorate under AFCESA (now AFCEC) Reports to 772 ESS at Port San Antonio Located at Tyndall AFB, FL 772 ESS and 772 ESS OL provide enterprise-wide strategic sourcing support to enhance and further the Air Force Civil Engineer mission to provide, operate, maintain, and protect sustainable installations as weapon-system platforms through engineering and emergency response services

Air Force Medical Enterprise Contracting resources realigned under ESG March 2011 and became 773 ESS AFMSA and AFMOA Air Force Medical Support Agency Air Force Medical Operation Agency Contracting resources were located at Falls Church, VA and Port San Antonio All now located at Port San Antonio The Medical Services Commodity Council is located at Wright Patterson AFB (WPAFB) and supported by ESG/SB at WPAFB 773 ESS provides enterprise-wide medical acquisition to the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) and the warfighter to improve customer support, reduce purchase cost of services, reduce variation in service contracts by increasing standardization, accelerate delivery responsiveness and provide lifecycle management support

770th Business Support Squadron Operating Location Located at Port San Antonio Provides general support functions to organizations aligned to the ESG, manages business operations including resources and information technology, and provides acquisition support to the organization’s strategic sourcing process Air Force Force Protection Commodity Council Located at Lackland AFB Currently strategically sourcing force protection equipment for 30,000 Active Duty, Guard and Reserve Security Forces Airmen located at every Air Force installation and deployed location … under Combat Airman program, will expand to force protection equipment for all Airmen
