The entire team had to be recruited afresh Framework OPI followed a different framework and during this change period, attrition has taken a toll on the entire process excellence team of this division. Mohit was given the charge of this function from 1 st October 2011. The last employee of this group resigned within 15 days of Mohits taking charge.
