4  What type of communications does your chapter do?  What have you found to be the most successful way to communicate with your members?  What do you feel are your chapters’ best practices for communication and marketing?

5  Have you utilized communication to the local community through media (print, TV or radio)? Has this been effective?  Does your chapter have a website?  How do you store your chapter’s data? (original bylaws, minutes, etc.)
