7. 7 Community Partnership A Community Partner… –is a person or representative of an agency interested in receiving AzNN materials, news, or information, but is unable to attend meetings or participate in many Network activities –may be limited to simply ordering and using AzNN materials –may include teachers, self-employed professionals, consultants, etc

8. 8 Supporting Partnership A Supporting Partner… –works with contributing partners in the local areas, utilizes AzNN messages and materials –may contribute funds to the leading agency but does not have a contract with ADHS –valuable partner within the AzNN but is unable to contribute matching funds to the Network

9. 9 Supporting Partnership –Federally funded agencies (Head Start) –State Agencies (Department of Economic Security, Department of Education, Department of Agriculture, etc.) –Private Non-profit agencies (American Heart Association, Food Banks, etc.)

10. 10 Contributing Partnership A Contributing Partner… –is a lead agency in contributing state/local share funds to the AzNN –contracts with ADHS and receives reimbursements –attends AzNN meetings and participate in committees –has access to all AzNN materials as well as promotional items –works with supporting agencies
