ICLEI 2006 7 Campaign Outline Eligible vehicles Non-commercial vehicles carrying less than 10 passengers Application method By internet (www.seoul.go.kr) By visiting a window for civil petitions at the community or district office Time Restrained 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on a selected day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays) Implementation Distribute car stickers upon application and registration Attach car stickers to the front and rear windows Refrain from driving on a selected day Weekly No Driving Day Campaign
