5.  Total Budget - $40,000.00 ◦ The cost factor for this project will include my travel related expenses as I visit specific campuses. ◦ 20 trips x $2,000.00 = $40,000.00 ◦ Wikispaces, which hosts information, is a free online source.

6.  Gather information about technology incorporated into the curriculum  Research types of software, websites, and Web 2.0 tools available for programs  Coordinate with the dean to implement  Devise a plan with the IT people  Develop training for each of the campuses

7.  Submit to campus deans a training proposal  Prepare a schedule for training  Travel to campuses  Data collection
