Network User ID and Password Password Expired? 1.If you remember your old one, you will be prompted to create a new password. 2.Will not be notified in Outlook Web. If your receive “server not available” error in Outlook Web, Login to the portal to make sure your password is current. Forgot your password? 1.Call Helpdesk at 451-4505 (8 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
