Most of the marketed ITU G.8032 Ring(ERPS) are based on original turnkey code, so they are very difficult to configure making the ring unstable. Korenix claims the ring restoration is 0ms because their back up path will be changed when activated but this will give a dangerous ring structure if the backup changes a lot where eventually no one will know which line is the backup bath.
