CU Technical Reglaments The following Technical Reglaments of the Customs Union come into force on 1/07/2013:  TR CU 015/2011 on Safety of Grain  TR CU 021/2011 on Safety of Food Products  TR CU 022/2011 on Labelling of Food Products  TR CU 023/2011 on Juice Products from Fruit and Vegetables  TR CU 024/2011 on Fat and Oil Products  TR CU 027/2012 on Specialized foodstuffs and Biologically active Food additives  TR CU 029/2012 on Food additives, flavouring agents etc. Transition period: until 15/02/2015 Most products subject to Declaration of Conformity

SANITARY Certificate (Hygienic Conclusion) 1993: Hygienic Conclusion  Mandatory for many food and other products  Compliancy with Russian Sanitary Rules  Required at customs clearance July 2010: Hygienic Conclusion being replaced by:  CU Sanitary Test Report (most food) or  CU Sanitary State Registration Rospotrebnadzor (alcohol, cosmetics, biologically active food additives, specialised and new foods,...) > required at customs clearance Currently: TR certificates of conformity are issued on basis of tests against TR norms, which also include tests against Unified Sanitary Requirements (Customs Union).
