4. Topics discussed are: Respect; Ethos; {Collected ethics} & Values; Students are also encourage to produce a list of values they expect to be observed by themselves and by their teachers/trainers during their studies at Yale. Valed Project

5. Valed project  It is important that this is a ‘two way street’ with staff and students each respecting their own values. If there is any discrepancies' discussion should be encouraged.

6. As a teacher/trainer I am extremely conscious of the importance of understanding other peoples point of view and of course respecting their view – even if I may not entirely agree with them.
