3. Online Application form for Thai Nationals Each year Bangkok Patana School receives many enquiries regarding enrolment and admission to the school. Unfortunately, because of existing waiting lists and considerable demand for a limited number of places, it has not been possible to accept enrolments from many interested parents. By making an on-line application all Thai nationals are now able to begin the process and provide information which will facilitate the enrolment procedure based on certain criteria. These criteria include: siblings attending Patana, returning students, other family members who have attended/or are attending Patana, residential proximity to the school, current and previous schooling which indicates English language competence, and other English language ability. Applications will be analysed for the extent that prospective students meet these criteria and parents will be notified accordingly. Prospective students might, at this stage, be invited for interview. This in turn could lead to completion of the enrolment form and an English language assessment.
