To which question would you like this seminar to answer? Are there some key criteria we can use when working with partner organisations to help them to operationalise the approach? How can we measure this? How can we balance the two sides of the twin track approach to ensure that empowerment and an inclusive environment support one another – especially when we work in a consortium or with partner service providers? What are the main challenges / stakes for the future in inclusive employment project ? The idea of access for all and reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodation seems to be a stumbling block – real and perceived – for appropriate support for people with disabilities to match their needs. This is from the perspective of HI bringing specialised knowledge, from mainstream partners for resource allocation and from people with disabilities if they have limited exposure and experience.
