Any money left over after the grant period will be returned to the pool. Account surplus and deficits are carried forward annually Computer hardware or software purchases are exempt When submitting reimbursement forms, itemized receipts are required. The finance office DOES NOT ACCEPT DEBIT SLIPS. To make significant changes to research plan, it must be pre- approved by SRC 8
