Annual Review: Established duty stations - mandatory regional reviews every three years 2014 – Latin America/Caribbean/ Commonwealth of Independent States/Middle East 2015 – Asia and the Pacific 2016 – Africa Mid-year Review: Temporarily classified duty stations (i.e. new and reactivated): Should be reviewed within one year

International staff (and spouses) of all agencies (men and women) Field Security Advisor (Security section) WHO Representative/UN examining physician (Health section) Resident Coordinator/ Representative (Certification and comments/submission)

2015 Mid-year Review 76 initially scheduled for review 57 actually reviewed (others inactive) Mandate from the Commission to review with or without questionnaire (Q) Low response rate: 22 completed Qs were received out of 57 = 39% 9 partial Qs were received (some uncertified, all no health) Counting partial Qs, response rate was only 54%
