2. How It Works
-At first, workers collect some fossil fuel and transfer it to a power plant
- The workers burn the fossil fuels to heat water
-The steam from the water forces a turbine to spin
-And a spinning the turbine will move an electromagnetic axis which generates electricity

Fossil fuel costs about 700 billion to 1 trillion dollars each year on coal, oil, and natural gases
The amount is estimated to be 23 trillion dollars between the years 2010 to 2030
America spent a lot of money on fossil fuel

Here are some examples of environmental and health concerns
The exhaust from cars, trucks, and other fossil fuel powered things are bad for your heart, brain, and lungs

Oil spills from ships kill many sea creatures such as birds, turtles, and dolphins
Some workers get killed by gases or freeze to death underground when they mine coal

Coal also produces carbon dioxide which could create acid rain

There’s a natural one that keeps Earth warm and habitable
And there’s a man-made greenhouse effect which enhances the natural greenhouse effect by the addition of the burning fossil fuel, mainly natural gas and coal

-We are running out of oil, natural gas, and coal
-It is polluting the air
-And it’s the main reason of global warming

The advantages of fossil fuel are
They can generate great amounts of electricity
They are easy to spot when mining
Carrying oil and gas to power plants can be easily transferred by pipes
Power plants that utilize gas are very efficient
Power plants that use fossil fuels can be built anywhere especially in cold places where there is an abundant amount of oil
