1. What are we up to now? And…did you sign in? Attendance guarantees points for meetings!

2.  6 th is in the lead by a landslide  61 total to date, some are very good!  7 th : 23 (many from the same two students)  8 th : 13  8 th grade has some really great acts of kindness, though– great quality! These are often my favorite.

3.  Focus on acts outside of the everyday (although telling someone hello is nice, or telling them it’s ok when they failed a test is great, is it really a RAcK?)  Be sure to turn them in  Print very clearly and include all information (first AND last name)  Each VALID one submitted has a 1-point value

4.  Boxes are due 11/13 (that is next Thursday)  We will give you totals sometime in December  Thank you for giving!!

5.  We raised $1479.11!  What went well?  What would you change?  Start thinking of ideas for the spring!

6.  Grade 8 (possibly 7): University Settlement on 11/18, slips available ONLY 20 may attend  Grade 6: Providence House charity work on 12/16, slips coming 11/20 meeting  ALL Grades: Bake sales for holiday choir concerts, T-Shirt and tumbler sales at band concert. Email Mrs. McKay for these!

7.  November 18 is the grade 6 concert, 7 pm  November 19 is the 7-8 grade concert, 7 pm  Band is December 17, at MHS (keep in mind this is Hannukah)

8.  Time slots: 4 pm (earlier if you want to help set up) - 6 pm 11/13, 6 - 8 pm plus cleanup  11/14 7:30 - 9:30 am, 9:30 -11:30 am,12:30- 2:30 pm, 2:30 - 4 pm plus cleanup  Eight students are needed per time slot

9.  Email Mrs. McKay to sign up. We need four students per event. Obviously you cannot sign up if you are performing.

10. Benefits PH…Pick up a flyer!  Points are earned for donations SO LABEL WITH YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME  Due to Bean or Mayer/McKay on 11/13 OR 11/18 (or both)  Band sales will be t-shirts and tumblers only

11.  Mayfield students can show these kids and families that there is hope, and that people care.  We can make sure they get enough to eat– and gifts to enjoy.

12.  Collect your order forms  Design #1 won  PAY ATTENTION TO DUE DATES as late orders cannot be accepted.

13.  It has been moved to 11/21  We *may* need volunteers, so sign up if you’d be willing to come early  EVERYONE COME. The proceeds benefit Devin Stokel, a 6 th grade student here at MMS with a rare tumor on his brain stem.  How else can we help?

14.  Should we sell them?  Price to maximize profit  How to promote  What should we include with them?  When should we sell them?
