Portfolio Components 1. Landing page/front with effective wayfinding 2. A means of selecting detail views from appropriate categories of competencies 3. One or more “detail views” with reflective statements that link the artifact (evidence) with competency (claim) 4. A design statement for the portfolio (“about” page?) – this is a reflective statement for the whole portfolio! 5. Contact info & resume in html + link to downloadable version Monday April 28 th at 8:00 p.m.

Portfolio Criteria. 1 Acessibility: your site should work in multiple browsers and your XHTML & CSS should validate. Mobile viewers should be able to view in a reasonable way, as should users with visual or auditory impairments. Usability: the navigation, page layout, content, look & feel should be well-suited to your target user groups; you should be able to demonstrate that the site works for these users with evidence.

Portfolio Criteria, 2 Sustainability: you should be able to update and expand your portfolio over time; you should also be able to change the layout and other styles via CSS easily; your markup and styles should be commented clearly so that someone looking at your source can make sense of things
