Member Experience 6 * Payment options include credit union debit and credit card Member is directed to the LMCU Auto Club page. Member enrolls online via credit union marketing efforts.* Member receives PDF of temporary membership card on screen. Membership kit with membership card and welcome letter arrives in 5-7 days. Member utilizes benefits as necessary. Auto renewal email sent 30 days prior to expiration. Plan will auto-renew unless they cancel.

Marketing Requirements Credit unions that enroll and actively market the program to their members will be eligible to receive marketing reimbursements Member Communications Complete one of the member communications items listed below each quarter for four quarters within a 12 month period and ongoing quarterly thereafter: Ongoing Marketing Utilize the following marketing materials within 30 days of enrollment and ongoing thereafter: Place banner or link on website within 30 days of enrollment and ongoing thereafter – Suggested locations: Auto loan page, discount page, insurance page, etc. Utilize lobby materials within 30 days of enrollment and ongoing thereafter – Take ones, lobby posters, digital 15 Quarterly statement inserts/E-statements Direct mail promotion piece Email marketing campaign Newsletter article Additional Options - Use any/all of the social media tactics below to supplement quarterly requirements and can be used to fulfill one quarterly requirement per year: –Face Book, Twitter, Blog
