WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY ITS Training HELP ITS Service Desk If you are experiencing problems using eCampus or any tool associated with eCampus you can contact the ITS Service Desk. The service desk will analyze the need and provide the appropriate support or they may forward the ticket to the eCampus team for the more difficult problems. Hours The Service Desk offers support from 6:30 am to midnight every day. Please keep in mind not all units will be available after normal business hours.
