TFT Process AM creates new entry in Master Control or updates entry from RFP and assigns alerts to all parties including Ad Ops – slide 4 AM fills in Campaign Parameters & Strategy slide and schedules internal call (AM/rep/designer) to review campaign goals and determine TFT recommendation – slide 5 AM schedules KOC with client/designer/rep to finalize strategy Once functionality of unit is finalized, designer provides AM with production timeline – slide 6 Designer creates mock up and sends to AM/client in PDF format (this includes landing page and functionality call outs) – slide 7 AM enforces timeline and manages client feedback and approval by updating comments in Master Control Client approves design and designer creates demo link AM/designer confirm QA process and functionality of unit AM uploads tracking tags to master control QA begins when client approves demo link – slide 8 Design alerts Ad Ops when units are ready to traffic

QA Request Form Developer puts together the QA Request Form for the team to check the following: Browser & Versions Tracking & Reporting: whichever pieces were decided on by the AM/Developer (impressions, clicks, different content pieces including video, CTA, Share, etc.) Look & Feel: Developer to provide screenshot of the final approved unit to check any major differences in font, color, etc. Backup GIF: Make sure there is a backup GIF for any units that require a polite load
