Checklist for Schools Step 1 – Effective Immediately: Ensure that you are providing 200 minutes/10 days of instruction (Grades 1 st -6 th ) Step 2 - By January 20 th, 2015: Collect Class Schedules from your teachers Post Daily Schedules on School Website or in each classroom Have Daily Schedules in Main Office – They do not have to be posted on the wall but need to be readily available (i.e. Binder) Step 3: By February 2 nd and Monthly Thereafter: For Teachers: Complete Online Monthly Reporting Form – PE Minutes for January will need to be reported on Monday, February 2 For Principals/AP’s: Conduct unannounced visits to at least two classrooms per month during the time at which PE is scheduled and complete Principal Monitoring Form
