8 Migration – history 2001: International Health Regulations “Inspection, detain, exclude”. To regulate the movement of goods, conveyances and people without unduly or adversely impacting on freedom of movement or trade.

9 Migration – history International Health Regulations (WHO) Provides the international regulatory framework for Quarantine Act and the medical screening provisions in the Immigrant and Refugee Protection Act (2001).
