2 Background Educational Satellite (EDUSAT) launched in September 2004 Pilot Projects under EDUSAT - Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Maharastra

3 EDUSAT EXPECTED FUNCTIONS Video Conferencing Radio Broadcast TV Broadcast Night downloading at Receiving end Online Education through Internet Telephone,Internet,Webcam as return feedback Voice chat on internet

4 ISRO and USER Agencies ISRO to provide connectivity to school,colleges,higher levels of education ISRO to demonstrate efficacy of the Satellite System USER agencies to develop content and effectively use the system Quality ad Quantity of the content determine the success of Edusat System
