QCF funding methodology Until then, the existing funding methodology remains unchanged Funding based on the number QCF credits is being considered for 2013/14 In demand-led funding, units and qualifications are given a listed rate known as a Standard Leaner Number Guided Learner Hour (SLN GLH), or simply an SLN rate Other programmes, such as pre-employment, fund the duration and outcome (including sustainable employment)
