TRIO@Work: Technology for Global Learning 26 Case Study #1 n You need to provide career development information to your students/clients to prepare them to enter college. This is a difficult task for you because you only meet with these students/clients twice a month, at most. How can you increase your student/client interaction and help your students/clients get the information they need?
27
TRIO@Work: Technology for Global Learning 27 Case Study #2 n Your program office provides a great many resources for students/clients. Unfortunately, students/clients only have access to these resources during your office hours which are 8a – 5p, Mondays through Fridays. Your students/clients many times need academic support outside of these hours. How can you address their needs?
28
TRIO@Work: Technology for Global Learning 28 Case Study #3 n As you look around your TRIO office, you can identify many technology needs to support your administrative work. For example, you would love to have a web page where you can display student/client work and make announcements for upcoming program events. How can you meet your administrative needs and also provide a learning opportunities for your students/clients?
29
TRIO@Work: Technology for Global Learning 29 Case Study #4 n You have identified a wealth of resources and support for your students/clients but they don’t have web access at home. What can you do to address this situation.
