Teacher Page Objective- The students will demonstrate a knowledge of health-related fitness components and some examples of activities that might improve each. Activity- The students are to write in their journal when asked to do so on each slide. Process- Follow instructions on each slide. The mouse must be used to move from slide to slide and to reach the answers on each slide.
