Heart and Cardiovascular Endurance Heart and Lung Endurance is the ability to do activities that require increased oxygen. Click Picture to Play

Examples of Heart and Cardiovascular Endurance Activities are: Any activity that you perform for 15 minutes or more that makes your heart rate increase significantly. –Jogging –Bicycling –Jump roping –Step Aerobics –Swimming

Muscular Endurance Muscular Endurance is the ability to use muscular strength over a set period of time.

Examples of Muscular Strength and Endurance Activities are: Push ups Crunches Lifting Weights Jump and Jacks Jogging Speed Walking Bicycling

Flexibility Flexibility is the ability to bend and move the joints through a full range of motion. Click Picture to Play

Examples of Flexibility are: Stretching –sit and reach –hamstring stretch –calf raises –quad stretch –triceps stretch –trunk flex

Body Composition Body Composition is the % of body fat compared to the % of lean muscle tissue.

Muscular Speed and Power The ability of a muscle to move quickly and explosively. Developed by doing speed training and jump training.

Body Composition is a result of the amount of exercise that you participate in on a regular basis and your diet.
