April 1941 Japan signs a neutrality agreement with Soviet Union.
June 1941 USA stops Japan’s ability to buy oil.

NO- It is an Internment Camp for Japanese Americans!
After Pearl Harbor the government created hundreds of these camps and forced Japanese Americans to live in them.
Many were only allowed to take a few belongings and were only given 48 hours to evacuate their homes.
