3. William Shakespeare’s Parents
William Shakespeare’s father was born in 1532 and his mother was born in 1536.
Mary Shakespeare or Mary Arden as she is better known was the mother of William Shakespeare .
They both had a son called William Shakespeare.

4. Shakespeare & His Plays
Shakespeare’s first play was called Henry VI Part I . It was written in 1594.
Some of Shakespeare’s other plays were called, Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth , A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Henry VIII.
My favourite Shakespeare play is Macbeth. Which is about a man called Macbeth. His wife is called Lady Macbeth. One of the other main characters is called King Duncan.

Shakespeare was born in Stratford-Upon-Avon on Sunday 23rd April 1564.
He was an English poet and playwright.
He married Anne Hathaway and had three children.
