23 LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES  Know yourself and seek self-improvement.  Develop a sense of responsibility among your subordinates.  Make sound and timely decisions.  Set the example.  Keep your subordinates informed.

24 LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES  Know your subordinates and look out for their welfare.  Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions.  Ensure assigned tasks are understood, supervised, and accomplished.  Train your subordinates as a team.  Employ your command in accordance with its capabilities.

25 Leadership Styles Autocratic- Centered on the leader. Demands instant obedience to orders. Democratic- Participation from the group. Members discuss problems and arrive at solutions.
