2. Venue: Kastamonu Date: 14-23 September 2012 Aim: “water without borders in the nature” is a youth project. Our project intend to establish water resources which is polluted or clean and to learn how local community can protect their freshwater resources. Our project has some aims that are environmental awareness, contribution to local parties and inter-culturally learning so project was organized under the inter- cultural learning because it would be more noticeable, to find more comprehensive solutions and learn how to take measures against water pollution in other countries. Scout leader help to us for safety during the camp area that needs cooperation.

3. This project called “water without borders in the nature” will take place between date 14.09.2012 - 23.09.2012 in village of Kastamonu. We will camp during the project so we added our scout friends to help us. They called ‘impeesa’ In the project, there will be totally 26 participants collaborator and 5 participants scout grup. Our collaborator country are Turkey, Romania, Polish, Croatia and Greece.

4. The objectives of the project: -cooperation -sensibility important for us -tolerance We want these objectives must be important for everybody. For cooperation camp. For sensibility, workshops to acquaint us with enviroment. For tolerance spend time together.

Profile of participants: 4 Participants + 1 Leader each country Financial participation: Limits per person(100%) for Romania:350Eur Polish: 500Eur Croatia:400Eur Greece:350Eur 70% of travel cost will be payed. You can choose one of two way your country-İstanbul-Kastamonu or your country- Ankara-Kastamonu. Accomodation and food will be covered by YIA Programme.

Please don't forget to bring with you your identity card (Schengen countries) or passport (nonSchengen countries) (2). You should have travel insurance. If you have any special occasion, inform us. (3). Please bring your printed electronic ticket or other original tickets with you and don’t lose the boarding pass that will be given to you at the check-in desk at the airport. We need the boarding pass as an evidence for your flight. If you lose it, you won’t be reimbursed of your flight ticket! (4). Invoice: Get an Invoice at your name for your plane tickets.

8. (5). Very important information: In Turkey it is strictly forbidden to carry or to consume any kind of drugs (hashish and marihuana included). (6). Activity Place will be mainly on camp. Therefore, please bring your towels and personal care materials. (7). We shall provide breakfasts, lunches & dinners. So, you need only some euros pocket money for your personal expenses. You will have chance to see different bazaars, you may interest in shopping. The currency in Turkey is the Turkish Lira (TL). For currency you can search in google: Euro/TRY(Turkish Lira) (8). Main Activities: 1-Ice-breaking games, get how to know each other 2-competition and camp games 3- water with idioms 4- introduction is regarding enviroment 5- trekking for learning environment 6-historical and turistic tour(ılgaz) 7- musical entertainment(will be performed 2 partner) 8-workshops for aim of project 9- knowledge sharing is about camp and its habits 10-informing local people about water issues

What to prepare: -Having presentation about precautions which have been taken in their country for water pollution -Being knowledgeable and have presantation about nature camping and scout craft works -Materials for cultural introuction - Traditional music -Don’t forget we will camp so you should bring casual clothes
