I. Mobilize & Organize the Players 1.aka: “Lord of the Rings” 2.One (1) Lord from each Affiliate (President, Chairman, ED or designated Representative) 3.One (1) Ex-Officio member from each PJ appointed by the Chief Health Officer (recommend the NCD Coordinators) 4.Lord of the Rings elect King, Prince(s), etc. 5.Meet F2F at least once a year as a Council Report at each PIHOA Meeting 6.Continue to define the role of the Council

II. Review & Establish the foundation 10+1 Essentials of Public Health to include Culture 6 Building blocks of Health Systems

III. Develop the road map more 1.Review & Adopt a “Model” of approach to NCD (Public Health, ICH, etc.) 2.Prioritize the approaches within the model to address NCD (Surveillance, data, nutrition, media, etc.)
