4 DESCRIPTION Contribution Manager represents an upgrade to our contribution processing model and is the new way that we process contributions. Contribution Manager is a secure web based collaborative workspace that streamlines the contribution process between the client and T. Rowe Price and gives plan sponsors more time to focus on other tasks. Plan Sponsors/Payroll Administrators will review, modify and approve their contribution and loan repayment totals in Contribution Manager before funding is sent. No changes to the layout or how the file is sent are needed.
5
5 HIGHLIGHTED – FEATURES/BENEFITS Accessibility – Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and allows our clients to process transactions at their convenience. Automated instructions – Automates the creation of wire documentation. Real-time information – Generates email notifications at critical points in the processing. Accountability – Provides a centralized history of contribution processing (including detailed change tracking). Relevant reporting – Allows for location-specific viewing and reporting. Environmentally friendly audit trail – Provides an easily accessible online record for each participant by type of money (including historical reporting) for up to 30 months.

9 HOW IT WORKS – STEP 3 Step #3: Client accesses Contribution Manager The user logs into Contribution Manager via the Plan Sponsor Resource Center. TRP will work with you to set up the initial user’s access when Contribution Manager is rolled out to you. Thereafter, access to Contribution Manager works just like the other TRP sponsor tools: your authorized approver grants access to CM via the User Authorization System. The first screen presented is the Summary Screen which is the highest level screen within Contribution Manager.
