Understand the distribution and importance of England’s coastal resorts and resources, especially for domestic tourism, 3. Recognise the role of the industrial and naval heritage in defining England's tourism product, 4. Recognise the appeal of the English countryside to tourists, 5. Understand the importance of London and other major cities as centres for business and leisure tourism, 6. Characterise the tourism resources of the offshore islands.
