2. The IWCM Process The IWCM process consists of two main parts: Part 1: An Evaluation Study ( recently completed); and Part 2 : A Strategy ( this study).

7. The Simplified Strategy The Evaluation Study has found that there are IWCM issues needing actions which are not part of the Council’s adopted “business as usual” plans and actions. A Simplified Strategy is undertaken where these outstanding issues can be addressed without the need for significant capital works within the next 10 years.
