29 MBTI and Team Predictions  The more different the types at work: The more slowly and painfully the group will reach decisions, but the more likely they will present a well-rounded viewpoint. If there is only one of a type, the more that person will be seen as “different” or a “road block”.  The more similar the types at work: The quicker the group will reach consensus, but will have a limited viewpoint due to inadequate representation of all views. The less likely they will succeed without outside resources.
