FOOD HAZARDS Hazard: means a biological, chemical or physical agent in, or condition of, food with the potential to cause an adverse health effect. Aflatoxins and other mycotoxins are among the chemical hazards considered in ensuring food safety Need to consider the roles of the two ministries in addressing the risks associated with aflatoxis along the food chain i.e Primary Production to when the food is ready for direct human consumption 2CJS Mosha NFFCI
