3. Some Statistics 84% DWRI retention rate. Our peers ranged from 76% to 83%. 57% enrollee success rate (includes drops), while peers raged from 51% to 73% For completer success rate (excludes drops), Richland had a 68% success rate and peers ranged from 67% to 89%. Looking at all NCCBP participants, Richland scored at the 37th percentile for retention, 15th percentile for enrollee success, and 16 th percentile for completer success. (2006 NCCBP)
