Ingredients Bananas Flour Baking Powder Baking Soda Pinch of Salt Eggs Vegetable Oil Dark Chocolate Chips Sugar Cinnamon

Why is our Dish so Nutritious? Bananas- add natural sugar, vitamins and minerals, potassium Little Sugar Amount- only has the taste of the banana’s sugar Vegetable Oil- instead of melted butter Carbohydrates- Sugar, Starch, and Fiber A little Salt- salt is good for you, not too much so it doesn’t cause heart issues Dark Chocolate Chips- Less sugar, but still gives the muffins a sweeter taste, chocolate has minerals
