Filing and storing hard copies
Paper copies should be filed neatly, safely and in a logical order so that they can be found when needed. A place for everything and everything in it’s place

Back-up tapes External Hard Drives Cloud, or other online back-up USB Flash Drives DVD’s or CD’s To prevent loss from:- Electromagnetic sources Fire, flood or theft Paper copies should be filed neatly, safely and in a logical order so that they can be found when needed. Paper copies make it easier for production personnel to access them at any time.
