Team Size Can range from 2 to 150 people Research indicates maximum results with about 6-7 people

Problem-Solving Teams - temporary combination of workers who gather to solve a specific problem and then disband. Self-Managed – empowered to make decisions Cross-functional – members from different functions Virtual – geographically or organizationally dispersed, rarely meet face to face, use technology to accomplish goals.
